Being located close to the M23, we regularly supply fridges, generators, and heaters into Greater and Central London. These services are all part of the rental options with Grizzly Bear Events, but we do need to apply a London surcharge.

This is due to:

Increased travel time into London.
Congestion and tunnel fees (Blackwall & Silvertown tunnels).
The requirement for ULEZ-compliant vehicles.

Even with the extra charge, our team makes it simple to get your equipment to London venues safely and on time. We’re in London almost every week in the summer so understand the traffic and time it can take to get into the city, often setting off at 5-6am to meet delivery needs.

How We Calculate Distance

We calculate transport mileage using Google Maps, entering your venue from our Horsham base. While “as the crow flies” distances are sometimes queried, they don’t reflect actual travel routes, especially when we have to take cross-country or non-direct routes. Therefore we work off the distances and miles we’d actually need to drive.

This method ensures fair and accurate transport pricing for every hire.
