We offer event stage rental for all occasions. Whether you're looking to pair with our generator, chiller and lighting rental to make a full package, or just a stand-alone stage hire, it's all possible. Our stage rental is designed for smaller, personal events, typically in marquees, halls or at outdoor occasions.

What colour is the stage?
Our stage tops are black as standard - we can add coloured carpet by request, at additional charge

do you build it for us?
Yes, we'll do the full set up and installation for you as part of our rental package

My band are after a certain size
Please do send over their requirements, often they'll ask for something like a 15ft x 10ft stage - one of our 5m x 3m options would be the closest in this example.

Delivery costs
We regularly rent staging along with our other equipment so can share transport costs. For local events if it is just a stage we may be able to offer free delivery.

Leg height
We only stock 30cm high legs - this typically gives enough height to raise bands up at most weddings but not so high that they're touching the marquee ceiling.

Yes, absolutely, we include this as standard so you can't see underneath and the legs

Grizzly Bear Events provide professional stage hire for weddings, corporate events and private celebrations across the UK. Due to popular demand, staging has become a natural extension of our event and marquee equipment hire services, working seamlessly alongside our lighting, infrastructure and production equipment.
Our modular stage decks measure 2m x 1m and can be configured in multiple layouts to suit live bands, DJs, performers, speakers and dancers. Whether you need a compact performance platform or a larger focal stage, our flexible system allows us to build a solution that fits your event space perfectly.
As standard, our staging is supplied with 0.3m or 0.6m height legs providing excellent visibility for performers while maintaining safety for guests. Thirty centimetre (1ft) height is ideal for most wedding venues, marquees and indoor event spaces, giving presence without introducing unnecessary fall risk.
We focus on quality over quantity. Rather than operating as a large-scale festival staging supplier, we offer a carefully maintained stock suitable for one to two events per week. This allows us to deliver a reliable, personal service and ensure every stage is installed with care and attention to detail.
Our stages are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, featuring a wooden hex anti-slip surface designed specifically for the event rental market. This makes them ideal for wedding bands, speeches, presentations and live performances in marquees or venues of all sizes.
