We’re committed to upfront pricing you can trust — all our quotes include everything you need for your hire period. There are no hidden extras, surprise fees or confusing add-ons. Whether you’re booking weddings, corporate events, private parties or festivals, the price you see is the price you pay (plus VAT) — no change in cost based on event type.

All-inclusive rates — delivery (within 25 miles of our Horsham base), installation, shelving and fuel/cabling are already factored in for relevant equipment.
Same rate for all events — our prices stay consistent whether it’s a wedding, business event, party or farm shop hire.
Flexible hire durations — weekend, weekly or longer terms are all displayed so you can easily budget and plan.
