On the side of the trailer, you’ll find two 32A single-phase 230V power sockets, allowing connection to a tested and reliable event power supply suitable for your setup and the equipment being used inside the catering trailer.

If full power isn’t required, Grizzly Bear Events can supply adapter cables to run the trailer from a single 32A feed, 16A supply, or even a 13A connection for essential services such as lighting, refrigeration, and the sink, making the Airstream trailer hire flexible for different event environments.

We’re more than happy for you to personalise the trailer with florals, plants, wooden crates, A-boards and menus to suit your event style. Our Airstream-style catering trailer is supplied as a dry-hire, blank-canvas event trailer, giving you the freedom to create a mobile bar, street food trailer, wedding catering setup, or promotional event space that reflects your vision. We simply ask that nothing is drilled, nailed, or permanently fixed to the Airstream trailer during your hire.

We’re more than happy to discuss vinyl wrapping the Airstream trailer for branded events and experiential marketing activity. For insurance purposes, Grizzly Bear Events handles the towing and delivery of all trailers as part of our trailer hire service. In exceptional circumstances, we may consider customer collection or third-party towing, subject to appropriate insurance cover and a retained deposit. These arrangements would need to be agreed in advance on a case-by-case basis.

Before leaving our base, we make sure the Airstream trailer is thoroughly cleaned inside and out, ready for your event hire. As British weather can sometimes have other plans, we’ll often give the trailer a final clean on delivery to ensure it arrives looking its best. The fresh water tank will be filled and the waste water tank emptied, so your catering trailer is ready for immediate use.

We operate on a dry-hire basis, giving you the flexibility to equip the trailer to suit your event. When building the trailer, we specified multiple internal plug sockets so clients can easily install their own catering or bar equipment. You’re welcome to use your own kitchen equipment or hired-in appliances, such as urns, induction hobs, microwaves, and electric fryers, making the Airstream catering trailer ideal for street food, mobile bar service, and event catering.

Sorry — this is the one thing we don’t allow. Gas-powered catering equipment is not permitted inside the trailer due to event safety regulations, certification requirements, and insurance compliance. As we operate the trailer on a dry-hire catering trailer basis, we’re unable to verify gas safety certification before each hire. Most event equipment hire companies can supply electric alternatives, which work perfectly within the Airstream trailer’s power setup.

Remember we also rent generators too, so if you need more power than the 32a feeds into the trailer we can more than likely supply you the extra power needs.

Grizzly Bear Events has worked to meet key health and safety requirements when building the trailer. We understand that local authorities often require extraction when cooking inside a catering trailer, which is why the trailer is fitted with an extractor unit designed to remove heat, steam, and cooking vapours safely from the serving area.
