Outdoor events are typically very much seasonal, with the summer being the peak and winter a very quiet time for the sector. However, in the last few years we’ve seen a surge in bookings for winter event equipment rental in November, December, January and February.
As Grizzly Bear Events has grown and become more established in the South-east, we are also receiving more enquiries for winter event equipment hire in London, a region we are more than happy to rent kit into.

We’ve continued to build a great working relationship with the Fieldvision team who organise events at Printworks, Drumsheds and festivals across London.
Two long term freezer trailers are currently on hire for ice storage at two of their venues for the winter series of all day parties and raves at iconic London venues.
Festive Food Refrigeration
Grizzly Bear Events has continued to support a number of local butchers and farm shops with refrigeration in the run up to Christmas. Covering areas such as Esher & Cranleigh in Surrey, plus a number of locations in our hometown of Horsham in Sussex.
Christmas Markets
Who doesn’t love a Christmas market? If only we’d had more time to stop by and browse them! This year we rented fridge and freezer trailers into a number of well attended Christmas markets across the South-east

Looking ahead to this summer....
As a growing small business we are still investing brand new equipment ahead of the upcoming season. Our generator range has seen additional brand new ultra silenced event ready 45kva generators with long run diesel tanks added, plus Grizzly Bear Events has bought an additional 20kva Denyo ultra silent unit. The refrigerated trailer range has added more extra large freezer trailers for rental, plus another one to our ever popular 2.5m medium walk in fridge trailer range.
