Grizzly Bear Events has been exploring more environmentally friendly power solutions for some time. However, the purchase cost of commercial battery systems compared to traditional generators has made widespread adoption challenging.

While lower-cost battery options are available, Instagrid is widely regarded as one of the best solutions for professional event use. As a relatively new technology, the upfront investment remains a significant barrier for many businesses.

To put this into context, a small 3kw, comparable power output size generator, can cost around £600, while a battery system is closer to £3,500. This difference directly impacts rental pricing, with many clients naturally choosing the cheaper generator option.

Thanks to local council grant support, Grizzly Bear Events has been able to bridge this gap and invest in market-leading, zero-emission power equipment. We can now offer environmentally conscious power solutions without compromising on performance, reliability, or commercial viability.
