This is typically a hugely busy time for Grizzly Bear Events with rentals for festive parties, outdoor markets and the odd winter wedding too. However, this year we’ve adapted (thanks to good ol’ corona) and have rented the entire fleet of chillers out in the run up to Christmas.
Where have they all gone?
Bookings have come from butchers, Christmas turkey sellers, food delivery companies and local farm shops! The team have enjoyed delivering to each and every one of them, talking about how they’ve been affected and building strong relationships for future years.
What else is happening?
We were contacted last minute for a Surrey members only golf club to brighten up their marquee which was used through-out the year as an outdoor social space. Within a few days of enquiry we were there, installing festoon light, fairy lights, flood lights and our newest addition (shhh…not officially released yet) bio-ethanol fire pits.
Proud
It’s a massive achievement for us as a business, having had a very quiet summer.
By no means does this mean that everything’s all rosey and back on track. We’re a fair way off that! This is positive news though for Grizzly Bear Events and puts us in a strong position going into 2021.
All the best to everyone we’ve been fortunate to work with this year. We look forward to working with many more of you in the future, and going the extra mile to give those with postponements from 2020 the event they dreamt of.
Here if you need us
We’re still contactable over Christmas if you need us, but for now it’s time to find the mistletoe and wine. Lots of wine!
