Chiller Trailers
We’ve worked with butchers, farm shops, florists and more to provide much needed extra storage around this time of year. We even had a scaffolding company using our chillers for staff meat hampers this Christmas – there are so many uses for our fridge trailers. They are not just for weddings or corporate events that need to chill drinks before serving.
Grizzly Bear Events will tow the trailer to your site and can have the temperature set and trailer cold in just 30 minutes. So when we say we can so last minute, we weren’t joking. Coupled with free delivery within 50 miles of Horsham, your event will be ready to go in no time at all!
Ample Space For Any Size Event
One problem many people seem to find tricky to solve is how much space they are actually going to need on the day. We understand that renting bigger trailers can cost more and if you don’t use it all, it will seem like a loss of budget. Similarly, it can be devastating if you run out of room to cater for all the guests. Here’s an idea of the best sizes for each eventuality:
Think garden parties and street food vendors. You’ll probably just be catering for some friends and family, but don’t want to cram your beautiful canapes and champagne bottles into the home refrigerator. These are ideal solutions and won’t break the bank. 2m long by 1.2m wide, although not walk in height there is ample space for drinks and some shelving for platters or similar.
Our 2.4m x 1.4m trailers are perfect for around 50-100 guests, or if you’re perhaps on budget. They have shelving, down both walls, are walk in height and offer easy access for yourself, caterers or guests to collect food/drinks.
Our most popular size chiller trailer. If you’ve got extra items to think about like flowers or cakes that need to be kept out of the heat as well as all of the food and drink, you’ll want to consider one of our 3m x 1.6m trailers. The perfect size for over 100 guests, with ample shelving, step access and a lockable rear door.
We recommend these for private events of over 200 people. You certainly won’t be short on space with this option. Popular for festivals, large parties or commercial temporary refrigeration.

Due to the fact we are fully booked for chiller trailers this Christmas, and continued requests for long term rentals, we decided to add even more to our fleet and services.
Being one of the largest suppliers of fridge trailers in the region, we’ve decided to diversify into low level, walk in refrigeration coldrooms. Again, these will only be for the rental market. Available and arriving with Grizzly Bear Events from Spring 2022…
Walk-in, ground-level cold room refrigeration
Due to being asked by many in the events and commercial fridge rental industry, adding flat-pack, built up walk-in fridges & freezers to the rental stock was the right next step for Grizzly Bear Events.
These built-up commercial fridge rental services will allow us to maximise the space and options available to clients and offer many more cubic meters of more storage space for large events.
While we will of course still be offering our other lines of cold storage, these are a little bit special for a few reasons…
Firstly, we only want the best for our customers. Because of this, we will be providing you will brand new, top of the range stock from Viessmann and Zanotti. Both of which are highly regarded in the rental industry.we
Secondly, there is a cost saving to be had – they have a lower per month rental cost per sq. m for long term hire.
Thirdly, they can be installed where a trailer cannot access.
Aside from that the above, they offer some extra advantages on our new range for commercial fridge rental, such as…
- They sit at ground level, compared to our trailers which are 24 inches. Perfect for trolleys or regular trips in or out of the chiller.
- Wider and larger than our chiller trailers, which means more room for chilled storage!
- They can be built indoors or outdoors to suit your event requirements. Any venue is the perfect venue and we will cater to everybody’s needs.
- If you are setting up outside, they are weatherproof too! So no need to worry about leaks or shelter. Your products will be kept safe and fresh no matter the weather.
- Suitable for tight access locations. We build them on-site, so you don’t need to worry about us getting trailers through narrow entrances, down corridors or awkward access.
- Any contract, any length of time. For temporary storage or long term, seasonal or irregular events - you can hire our commerical fridge rental space for as long as you need.

Offham Farm Shop
For two Christmas's we've rented our chiller trailers to this brilliant team in East Sussex. Our commercial fridge rental offers extra space for the butcher to store their huge Christmas orders of meat, sausages and ham. Due to demand, we've even increased their size this year to our 4m model - ready to be packed full of delicious Christmas dinners.
Winter Wonderland Hyde Park
After taking a break from covid the event is back in London. With such a variety of food and drink stalls, the hardworking team at Crew Catering need some storage backstage to keep everything fresh. We are providing them with long term rental from October until January to cover the entire event and see in the New Year!
Drumsheds
Drumsheds were also after some long term storage to keep drinks chilled before service. As part of the London nightclub scene, it is important they can come back with vengeance this year and get everything perfect.
Christmas Tree Fair
This year, we are supporting the on-site caterer for this festive extravaganza at Wlyds Farm, Liss Hampshire. Our medium fridge trailer is here for the month and will be serving hundreds of people throughout Christmas. Why not head down and pick your own Christmas tree (it’s never too late!) While you’re there, have a beer and some freshly cooked food from Norman and his team at Grate Catering.
Asda Launch Event
We brought down one of our medium 3m fridge trailers to be installed for 3 nights. It was used to cater for the Christmas food launch at One Marleybone, London. Drop off and collection - both of which were out of hours - are all part of the service here at Grizzly Bear Events.
