Grizzly Bear Events HQ has been non stop with outdoor events equipment! Typically the summer for outdoor equipment rentals for generators and chillers has a 6 – 8 week lull before before the festive season begins – not this year!
The covid pent up demand for hosting outdoor events has clearly had an impact and events have kept booking in right until early November 2021.
Since September we’ve driven nearly 4000 miles delivery fridge trailers, heaters (lots of heaters) and generators to weddings, parties, outdoor event gatherings, art fairs and sporting events. Some of the teams highlights have included Goodwood Revival, Hyde Park for the Royal Parks Half Marathon, Tough Mudder for chilled sponsor drinks and Oktoberfest in Haslemere.
We’ve been lucky with the weather this Autumn too. October can go either way, therefore, like all tipi or marquee companes, we do recommend having a heater on hand for the evening chill once the sun sets. Grizzly Bear Events have delivered our indirect diesel heaters into weddings and party marquees consistently for the last two months – don’t leave it until the last minute to reserve yours!
And so, we’re now full steam ahead to Christmas parties and festive rentals, butchers, farmshops and London’s Winterland are all expecting chillers in the next few weeks.

Lighting has been a huge hit since the early nights started in September. We’ve installed a lot of festoon walkways!

Keeping the beers cold…
This September was glorious weather. Grizzly Bear Events supplied chillers to Oktoberfest, vineyards, weight lifting competitions and weddings. As wecome into game season and private butchery the chillers have been going to fields and driveways across Sussex and Surrey too.

Our indoors fires kept people cosy in the evenings. It’s often about the look of warmth, out indoor fires create a special central place for those deep and meaningful conversations to take place.
