Here’s our yearly roundup of the refrigeration side of Grizzly Bear Events — and a look at where our fridge trailers have been working hard across the region.

One of the Largest Fleets of Chiller Trailers in Sussex & the South East

Our fleet of refrigerated trailers continued to expand throughout the summer. As we close out 2025, we’ve added three more chiller trailers compared to this time last year. We’re confident that we now operate one of the largest — if not the largest — fleets of chiller trailer hire options in Sussex and across the South East.

Fridge Trailer Hire for Marquee Events & Caterers

Once again, around 50% of our bookings were for marquee events. Caterers continue to rely on our refrigerated trailer rentals to keep food, beer, wine, champagne and other client drinks perfectly chilled.

Festival Crew Catering – Reading, Glastonbury & Latitude

We supported repeat festival clients with fridge and freezer trailer hire for crew catering areas, delivering reliable on-site cold storage during some of the busiest events of the year.

Bignor Park, Pulborough – Weddings & Private Events

A regular venue for us. We worked alongside event caterers, marquee companies and private clients to keep drinks chilled and food safely stored.

Chichester – Large Family Festival

Delivered two refrigerated trailers: one set to fridge temperature and one set as a freezer, providing efficient on-site storage for both fresh and frozen stock.

Surrey Private School – Summer Ball & Firework Night

Supplied multiple chiller trailers for their end-of-year Summer Ball and again for their November firework event.

London Caterers – Emergency & Short-Notice Refrigeration

Provided last-minute fridge trailer rentals when on-site cold rooms reached capacity. Hire durations ranged from short weekends to multi-week refrigeration solutions.

Beer, Cider & Comedy Festivals – Sussex, Surrey & London

Continued support for annual drinks and comedy festivals, supplying reliable chiller trailers for bars, breweries and event organisers.

Wedding refrigeration remains a core part of our work. Brides, grooms and planners regularly book our fridge trailers — often alongside generators or staging — to keep champagne chilled and beer cold throughout the celebration.
